We are a third-generation farming operation raising Polled Hereford Cattle. At TDS Farm, we do not use growth enhancing antibiotics, added hormones or preservatives on the meat to increase shelf life. Our beef is grown on grass and forages while being supplemented with small amounts of grain to develop a small degree of marbling to bring out the flavor and juices in the meat. TDS Farm is NC Beef Quality Assurance Certified, following all guidelines set out by the NC Cattleman’s Association for raising cattle. Individual retail packages of meat are available for sale at Blake’s Country Store in Pekin, NC. We also offer bulk purchasing options for pre-order.
